Advancing the Business of Creativity
The Multimedia & Entertainment Initiative, is a statewide network of community college educators working in strategic partnerships with industry and community organizations to identify and meet California's workforce and economic development needs.
The Multimedia & Entertainment Initiative is part of a larger group of Initiatives developed around emerging industry clusters, called the Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) Program.
There are six MEI Centers in the California Community College system. Each Center is designed to be a regional hub serving the community colleges in its region. The MEI Center for Region 10 serves the following community college campuses:
